How long does delivery take?
Your order is usually processed by Amori the same day as we receive it. An average time from ordering to delivery is 5-10 working days.
At busy periods throughout the year, delivery may take a few days longer. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering, to find out the likelihood of the product being delivered in time.
Please note we cannot take any responsibility for delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched, but will always investigate if an order does not arrive 14 days after the dispatch date.
Does Amori accept returns/cancellations
Returns are accepted if the product arrives with a fault. With regard to cancellations - if you make a mistake with your order, please always contact us to ask what can be done. As all items are only produced after receipt of an order and specifically for you, cancellations can not normally be accepted. However, If the item has not gone into production, it is sometimes possible to cancel or amend the order. We will always do our absolute best to help if we can - as customer satisfaction is really important to us.
How do I know the item is of good quality?
Here at Amori, we place great importance on the happiness of our customers. This is why we only use companies that have a great track record, and are able to consistently produce beautiful goods for you. We sell products that we are happy to give as gifts ourselves, (and often do!) and would be equally happy to receive. We hope that gives you confidence to buy with us.
What happens if an item is received damaged/faulty?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery, providing photographs of the item and packaging, along with a description of the problem, to our email address:- contact@amorigiftstudio.co.uk.
Upon receipt of photographs that clearly show the fault/damage, you may be asked to return the item, and will receive either a full refund, or a replacement.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive after 14 days from date of dispatch, please contact us - we will investigate and respond asap.
If the item has been lost in transit, then you will receive either a refund, or a replacement.
